Meet Carolyn

Hi, my name is Carolyn and I've been connected to the Angelic realm since I was a little girl and perhaps like many of you, I've experienced great losses and overcome times of challenge and found myself standing at the crossroads where I wasn't sure what to do, or where to turn.

Over the past 35+ years, combining both eastern and healing practices as well as spiritual development and my own life experience (see Carolyn's Angel story), I've helped women just like you go from feeling lost and blocked to feeling happy, joyful and excited about their lives.

I'm also a Certified Professional Life, Health,Wellness and Grief coach as well as an IET® Master Instructor (Integrated Energy Therapist), a visionary, a curious learner, a published author, an inspirational speaker, and the founder of Spiritual Adventures LLC as well as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, an Integrative Energy Therapy® Master, a Grief Recovery Specialist, a Certified Reiki Master and a Certified Angel Card Adviser. For more than 30 plus years my passion has been to promote health and wellness in my clients.
